Self-care is the new health-care. The ancient wisdom teachings of Ayurveda recommend that the change of the seasons is an ideal time to release, restore, rejuvenate and nourish ourselves on every level.

Nourish and restore your mind, body, and spirit with this six-week group program. Make your self-care a priority. A time to reflect, release, and restore. During this program, you will be guided through a series of exercises that are designed to support you in doing some deep inner work and reflecting on your outer goals. We will explore the age-old questions, “Who am I”, “What do I want” and “Why am I here”. We will uncover old stories and patterns that may be holding us back, and learn to release them.

We will be meeting weekly on Zoom, and have a private Facebook group where we can interact and support each other. We will be examining our lifestyle habits and healthy lifestyle habits will be encouraged and supported in the program. You will receive a workbook, be encouraged to journal, meditate, and make yourself and your self-care a priority during this period.

We will offer this Seasonal Reset four times per year, and each workshop will be customized for the season. This program relies heavily on the age-old principles of Ayurveda as well as personal development and lifestyle coaching techniques.

Often, people think they need to “detox” when what they really need is a time to nourish themselves on all levels, mind-body-spirit. We will do a five-day seasonal diet reset during the program, and we will also explore techniques to do some “inner-hygiene” to release old patterns or stories that are no longer serving us. Finally, we will identify what it is that we really want, and identify what we need to do in order to create the life we truly want and achieve our dreams and goals. You may decide to release some old habits and make room for some new ones!
